Way to do it: Garuda Asan
1. First stand straight.
2. Second lift your right leg up abve the ground and then make a twist in such a way so that it overlaps the left leg.
3. Do the same with the hands. Twisted namaskar.
4. Make sure to do upto 5 to 10 breaths.
